1.Liability for content
Flixedin is an independent information service. Showtime and event information is compiled from publicly available sources and is provided for general guidance only. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Always confirm details with the cinema, venue or ticket seller.
Flixedin does not distribute, exhibit or sell tickets for any film or event, and is not affiliated with the cinemas, distributors or rights holders listed unless expressly stated.
2.Liability for links
The Service links to third-party sites, including cinemas and ticket sellers, whose content we do not control and for which their operators are solely responsible. A link does not mean we endorse the linked site. If we are notified that a linked page is unlawful, we will review the notice.
3.Intellectual property
The Service, its design, software, our own texts and photographs, and our database are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, extraction or re-use without our written permission is prohibited, as set out in our Terms of Use. Film titles, names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the works, events and venues concerned.
